This five bedroom house located on the 13th hole at Lake Arrowhead Golf Course sleeps up to 12 people with four full bathrooms. And only three miles from Sand Valley Golf Resort. Our open concept gathering space includes a living room, dining room and kitchen. The deck has a great view of the golf course where you can enjoy the beautiful Wisconsin summer evenings.
Our house features lots of space for sleeping and hanging out together. The master bedroom has a queen and twin size beds with a private bathroom. The two other bedrooms on the main floor each have a queen size bed. The lower level hosts two bedrooms with private baths. One room has a queen and a twin and the other bedroom has 2 queens. There is also a futon that can be converted to a full size bed. All mattresses are new and very comfortable.
The living room has a large flat screen TV equipped with roku. The dining room opens to a large deck with outdoor furniture and charcoal grill. The yard overlooks the 13th hole on the Pines Course at Lake Arrowhead Golf Course. All bedrooms have TV’s with Roku or an Amazon Firestick for streaming. The walk-out basement opens to the large yard for gathering.
The kitchen offers range, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator, along with an island with bar-top seating. The open-concept dining room has a table that can expand to seat 8-10 people. It also comes with first-floor washer and dryer for your convenience.

The kitchen has a dining table that seat 6, the granite counter seats 4. You will find everything you need for cooking inside and out from utensils to dinnerware. There is a coffee pot with a full pot on one side and a single serve Keurig on the other. The living room has a full size sofa, love seat and an oversized chaise lounge. It has a 65 inch Samsung smart TV where you can log into your streaming services. Cozy up next to the floor to ceiling fireplace with one of the many extra blankets provided.
Outside on the patio is an outdoor dining space and a grill for your BBQ's. Grilling tools provided. Grab your beach towel (provided) and walk out to the beach area. Welcome to Loenneth (The Lake House)! This all brick home is right on the lake with a dock to tie your boat up to or to fish off of. The 1700 sq foot home is full of large windows with breath taking views. The all brick large patio surrounds 3/4 of the house with a table that seats 6 for outside dining with umbrella. There is a large fire pit for hanging out at in the evenings with all the wood you need.
A public beach on the lake is available 2 miles away. A private beach with kids play equipment is a 1/2 mile walk from the house. Host can also arrange for you to use the Associations swimming pool.
Beach towels, bathroom towels and all sheets are included. All paper products, paper towel, tissues and toilet paper are tucked into the upstairs closet.
If you are into golf, the prestigious Sand Valley golf course is 4 miles away. Lake Arrowhead Association also has two beautiful courses right on property.
