Classes will be 60 minutes long and will follow the traditional style of Hatha yoga.

Please arrive early to class so that you can get parked and settled before 6:30. The doors will be locked at the start of class. Class admission is $15 drop-in, and I offer a one-time admission waiver in return for a gently-used yoga mat. Class packages are available.

Please bring water, yoga mat, any props you would want to use, blankets are nice for savasana and friends.
