Live Music @ Hoozels at the Lakes

Featuring: Chaser Crouch

Chaser Crouch is from the small Texas town of Corsicana, and his country upbringing is one of the biggest influences on his music. Born into a ranching and equine family, Chaser has spent most of his life on the back of horses, working cattle for his grandfather, and traveling to equine competitions with his family. At the early age of 10, Chaser picked up a guitar and started performing at horse shows and singing in Church. His youth was a balance between competing on horses and competing with a guitar, reaching the finals, and winning with both.

During Chaser’s high school years, his focus turned to cutting horses. Chaser is a 2X, National High School Rodeo, National Champion in the Boys Cutting Horse Competition. He has won the National Cutting Horse Association SR Youth World Championship and, in 2020, was inducted into the National Cutting Horse Association Youth Hall of Fame.

After graduating high school, Chaser’s focus turned to his music, and his first single, “Hell of a Night”, introduced him to the Texas Country/Red Dirt music community and gained him traction within the scene. In 2022, Chaser teamed up with country music record promoter David Gilligan of Gilligan Promotions and released his second single, “FM Station”, which went on to become Chaser’s debut charting radio single on the Texas Country/Red Dirt radio charts. In December 2022, Gilligan introduced Chaser to Grammy Award-winning producer Michael Clute. This team of Chaser, Clute, and Gilligan released Chaser’s third radio single, “Born to Ride”, in February 2023. It was named the Texas Country Music Association’s song of the week upon its release. This same team has continued to release singles to radio and streaming platforms, having reached the top 30 on multiple Texas Country/Red Dirt charts.

In 2023, Chaser was selected by the T3R Music & Radio Awards committee into that year’s Future Faces class. Along with the honor came an invite to perform at the yearly Future Faces Showcase in Arlington, TX at Texas Live! and take part in the T3R Music & Radio Awards weekend festivities.

Chaser now tours with his band, quickly building a reputation across Texas and beyond as one of the best live bands with their rowdy energy and charting original music. David Gilligan and Chaser continue to team up. Chaser has enlisted Gilligan as his manager, providing direction and support to tackle the daily decisions and strategizing needed to further Chaser’s music career. Chaser’s songwriting, recording, and live performances have evolved and continue to grow, making him one of the fastest-rising stars of the Texas Country/Red Dirt music scene.

Live Music @ Hoozels at the Lakes

Featuring: Frank Martin Busch & the Names

Frank Martin Busch & the Names: Where Heartland Twang Meets Modern Grit
From dusty red roads to dive bar neon, Frank Martin Busch & the Names carve their own brand of country, seasoned with alt-twang and storytelling that digs deep. A side project blossoming into a full-fledged force, they bring four years of shared highway miles and a wellspring of original tunes to every stage.
Frank, a songwriting champion (Isthmus Magazine's "Fave Singer/Songwriter" two years running) leads the charge, his pen weaving tales of small-town dreams and restless hearts. Inspired by Turnpike Troubadours, Tyler Childers, and the timeless echoes of Johnny Cash and Willie Nelson, their music resonates with raw honesty and an edge that keeps it fresh.
But Frank's voice isn't the only one that shines. The Names – a tightknit crew of drums, bass, guitar, and fiddle – lock in like a seasoned family band, weaving harmonies that elevate each song to anthemic heights. Their musicianship is as undeniable as the grit in their sound, adding depth and dimension to every chorus.
This year, get ready for a steady dose of Frank Martin Busch & the Names. They're dropping a new song every month – a testament to their prolific spirit and relentless dedication to their craft. So saddle up, turn the volume up, and let these modern troubadours take you on a journey you won't forget.
