WTA Spring Kickoff!

WTA Spring Kickoff!

Each year in May, AIM members all over the nation will compete in the National Online Zone Championship. For this event, AIM members will post one 16 yard 100 target Singles registered score AT ANY GUN CLUB HOSTING AN ATA REGISTERED SHOOT on any of the three weekends. To find registered shoots in your area, please visit www.aim4ata.com.

Shooters can compete as many times as they would like on the designated dates of the event, by shooting Singles events at ATA Registered Shoots. For individuals, the high score shot during this time frame will be chosen for each AIM member as the competition score, which will be compiled from shoot reports. Individual scores for the AIM Online Zone Championship do not need to be submitted. Scores are pulled automatically from shoot reports as long as the shooter’s AIM payment is current and they competed at a registered event. When an ATA Singles event consists of more than 100 targets, the total score for this event will be averaged. Scores that are not whole numbers will be rounded up. Scores for squads can be submitted using the coach login on www.aim4ata.com. Please remember, squads are only eligible for team trophies when five shooters have shot together at the same time and location. Mixed zone squads are not eligible for team trophies.

For the AIM Online Zone Championship, shooters may shoot outside of their home zone, but awards will only be given from their home zone, not from the zone where they shot. In order to avoid minimum Singles Class B penalty, AIM competitors must have shot at least 200 Registered Singles targets in the current target year prior to the AIM Online Zone Championship.

FOR THIS EVENT, ALL AIM COMPETITORS WILL BE CLASSIFIED AS OF MAY 1, 2024.

PARTICIPATION IN THE AIM ONLINE ZONE CHAMPIONSHIP IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR ANY OF THE AIM ANNUAL TEAMS.

These Dates Include: May 3-4, 10-11, 17-18, 24-25, 2025.

May 3rd and 4th, WTA Homegrounds, WTA Spring Kickoff!

Please visit the Wisconsin Trapshooters Association website or call (888) 704-6588 for the most up-to-date information regarding the dates/times of shoots.

Trivia @ Lake Arrowhead

Join us for the return of Trivia Nights - select Saturday's at 4:00 pm!

Team registration begins 30 minutes before the start of the event (3:30 pm).

$20 per team (2-8 players)
6 rounds with 10 questions each

Trivia Night Rules and Regulations
• There will be 6 trivia categories/rounds with 10 questions per category.
· Teams will be comprised of 2-8 players – more players may be allowed – staff discretion
• Each team should designate a “recorder” to write down the team's answers. (There will be an envelope with the questions and an answer sheet handed out per round).
• The Emcee will announce the topic of the category at the beginning of each round. Once the category is announced the teams will have two songs to collaborate together and turn in their answers for that round.
• Bring your answer sheet up to the announcer at the end of each round
• After each round there will be a 10 minute break. During this time please feel free to go grab a drink or some food. Make it back before the 10 minutes is up or you will be unable to participate in the next round. Answers from each team will be scored and tallied by the trivia committee during this time. The committee has the final say. Once the break is over the emcee will announce the correct answer to each question before starting the next round.
• The scores will be updated after each round and will be announced after the correct answers are announced.
• After the final round, all final scores will be tallied and prizes awarded to the teams with the 2 highest scores of the evening – we may pay out three places – under staff discretion. In the event of a tie there will be a tie breaker round comprised of 5 questions.
• BE SPECIFIC WITH YOUR ANSWERS – NO HALF POINTS FOR PARTIAL ANSWERS.
***NO cell phones or electronic devices of any kind may be used during the game. If a team is found to be using such a device, that team will be disqualified. There will be a basket on each table to hold your phones during the game.***

Easter Egg Hunt at Tri Norse Winter Park
Apr

Easter Egg Hunt at Tri Norse Winter Park

Bring your family out to Tri-Norse for breakfast with the Easter bunny and let the kids hunt for eggs along the trail at their leisure!

Breakfast will begin at 9:30am and the menu includes homemade pancakes, fresh fruit, and breakfast sausage. Beverages include choice of milk, orange juice, water or coffee.

The egg hunt will run from 11am-1pm and kids will be able to find a “rainbow of eggs” throughout the park. Like last year, we will have designated sections for each age group to find some eggs. Once you collect one egg of each color, return to the chalet to get a goodie bag and a ticket for a chance to win a BIG Easter basket. The drawing will be at 12:30pm and you must be present to win.

The Easter Egg hunt is FREE for all children.

The cost of the breakfast will be determined based on the amount of sponsorships and donations the club receives prior to the event. Our goal is to provide a low cost or free meal for families to enjoy. If you or your business are interested in making a donation, please contact us at trinorsewinterpark@gmail.com

We hope to see you at the hill!
