IT'S THAT TIME OF THE YEAR AGAIN! The Wakely Sugar Bush at Historic Point Basse. The art of cooking syrup was learned from the Native Americans soon after the Europeans landed on the American shores. Learn about the historic making of maple syrup from experienced cooks. Better yet, come and sample some fresh maple syrup for yourself along with homemade Buckwheat pancakes - just like the Wakelys used to have.
